This dramatic choker is made of black stretch velvet, with silvertone grommets and a smooth black spandex lace up tie.
The velvet layers on front and back are fused together to prevent wrinkling and sagging, which helps it say vertical and smooth, without making it stiff or losing stretch.
The collar shown is 5.5" tall and has 5 grommets per side.
