RETURNS and EXCHANGES:
Please read the instructions below before mailing your return or exchange.
- Return or exchange items must be unworn, in the same condition that they were received, and placed back in the mail within seven days of receiving them. This is a short time frame, but please understand that we work super hard to hand make your item within five days of purchase, we ask that you show the same consideration if exchanging or returning, and please do so promptly, within seven days.
- Each of these items is hand made with care, please treat your return item with the same care and respect with which it was shipped to you.
- Items with makeup, deodorant, cigarette smoke or other stains or damage will not be accepted as returns.
- Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
- The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- If you are returning a "build your own" or custom made item that was customized per your request, you will receive a 50% refund.
- You are responsible for purchasing a return shipping label. If you are exchanging, we will pay the shipping for the new item to be sent back to you.
- Masks, pasties and thongs are intimate, personal items, please understand we cannot accept them as returns or exchanges.
- If you are purchasing raw fabric yardage, this is not refundable. If you are unsure, please purchase a swatch!
- If you refuse to accept your parcel, or return to sender without postage, we are not responsible for that parcel.
- Exchanges must be size exchanges for the same item as your original purchase. Be sure to include a note with your requested size exchange so we know what to send you.
Once you have determined your item is eligible for a refund or exchange, please mail your package in a secure, trackable method to the address below. YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER WITH YOUR RETURN! Duh, right? But seriously, people forget that part. We cannot send a refund if we don't know who you are. If you wish to have an exchange, be sure to include your exchange request in a note along with your return so that we can process it for you.
Due to the nature of our items, our return policy is not negotiable.
