Here is my vision for the romper...

Neck - shallow scoop, bodysuit style.  Just big enough to get into the romper through the neck opening.  No zipper or snaps.

Sleeves - Long snug sleeves:  Shoulder seam to cuff 25"

Wrist 6.5", Forearm: 10.5", Bicep: 12"

Bottom - Brazilian
