This bright galactic skirt is made of gorgeous, stretchy Dreamscape print spandex.
Lilac Holographic fabric lines the skirt, and is used for the waistband.
You can wear this skirt reversed with the Lilac fabric on top and Dreamscape fabric as the lining, but the seam of the waistband will be exposed.
