Our "Flip" skirts are basically just a lined circle cut skirt... But there is nothing basic about them! When you twirl you have a flash of something different on the underside! This one is Neon Flux, with a peacock holo print underside. A flashbulb holographic waistband completes the look.
Want to wear it reversed? You can do that, but there will be an exposed serge at the waistband.
