The seller was super professional, prompt in communication and delivery. This was my first time ordering a custom-fitting dress. This dress was 100% as described, and they did an awesome job on custom fitting (chef's kiss)! This was the most anxiety producing aspect of the order b/c I wasn't sure what I would get with online ordering. NOTE: I didn't pay much attention to was the name of the shop and the brand. The shine of the material on this dress instantly reminded me of shopping at an an "adult nighttime/sexy shop" for lack of better words, which makes sense given their name/brand. I'll still wear it, but it does give a cheaper quality look in this fabric, almost costume-ish. BUT I did order the same dress in another color and it looks 100% bomb, so I'd definitely order again! Great experience overall.
