These shining, color shift shorts and thigh highs are created from our Plumeria spandex, with ruffles and ties in Moonstone. The shorts have a ruffled leg, and laceups at both hips. The thigh high leg warmers also lace up all the way from ankle to thigh.
Lace them separately, or entwine the laces!
Shorts: Choose from midrise (shown), high waist, or low rise.
Please note the thigh highs have a folded band at the top, NOT elastic, not rubber strips. They fit snug and stretchy, just like our leggings, but they do not have additional hardware to keep them up or attach garters.
