I received my piece and it was absolutely beautiful! A button needed mending, I chatted with a sweet person named Ellie who handled my issue extremely gracefully and patiently, if there's an issue with your order it's no trouble for this team, they work with you to make sure your piece is up to par! I see this being a staple in my odd wardrobe, I'm sure I'll come back to this team again in the future, I ADORE a piece that can last and the fact you can send things back in to be professionally mended is a HUGE green flag for me! Currently waiting to get my piece back from being mended by them, delivery was extremely quick for me, only takes about a week or so, sometimes less than that even! They're so good with their work they even give you a slip that tells you each individual who had a hand in your order, amazing brand, would whole heartedly recommend Coquetry, an absolute gem of a brand, not something to be skimmed over!
