Ordered a couple of outfits and shorts in fabrics I chose. They were all made within the promised time and shipping was fast! When I received them, everything was perfect but one top. The shoulder seams were off, causing one side to be tighter than the other. I sent pics and requested help for an exchange. I sent a message late evening and Ellie responded promptly in the a.m. She gave me a return label and promptly had the top remade and shipped out by the end of the day!
