#1  Top based on: Build Your Own Half Sleeve Peplum Top (SKU 157486)
- V neckline
- Primary Fabric: Purple Stretch Velvet. This is the main fabric used everywhere except:
- Secondary Fabric: Black Mystique. This is used on the lower (underneath) ruffles that I specify below.

Sleeves: Shorten to 1/4 length (down from 1/2 length shown on the base item).
Add double layer 'handkerchief cut' ruffles to the bottom of the sleeves 
which are a further 1/4 arm length so total sleeve length including the ruffles should be 1/2 length.
- Purple Stretch Velvet Fabric is used for the sleeve and top ruffle layer.
- Black Mystique Fabric is used for the lower (under) ruffle layer.

Customization for waist: Replace the Peplum style flare with double layer handkerchief cut ruffles 
Length of the ruffles should be 'on average' the same as the Peplum flare material on the base/example product, meaning shorter where the handkerchief cut is closer to the middle, and longer where the cut is closer to the corners.
- Purple Stretch Velvet Fabric is used for the top ruffle layer.
- Black Mystique Fabric is used for the lower (under) ruffle layer.

#2  High Waist Pixie Shorts
Add an Aruba Pouch
Add double layer 'handkerchief cut' skirt into seam between waistband and body of shorts. 
Add additional four inches length to the hem on the legs (Above the pixie ruffles).
- Black Mystique Fabric is used for the shorts and waist fabric, and the lower handkerchief cut skirt layer
- Purple Stretch Velvet Fabric is used for the top skirt layer, and the shorts handkerchief cut hemline.
