This soft, stretchy hood is made of blue sparkly jewel lycra spandex, with blue sparkly jewel spikes on the outside and a self-lined lining. Cat ears complete the look, they are blue sparkly lined with gold sparkly jewel. It pulls on over the head, with a bit of cowl at the neck.
