Our"Flip Skirts" are made in two (or three) fabric choices, so you get a flash of color with every spin! They are not reversible, they are designed for a flash of color on the underside. 15" length from the top of the waistband to the hemline.

Simply select your size, add this item to your cart then enter your fabric choices in the "ADDITIONAL NOTES" section at checkout! Please, no velvets for the bottom layer, they do not work well as a liner!
Enter a note like this:

UNDER-SIDE FABRIC: your fabric choice!
And we will create it just as you request!
